IOWA PHEASANT "EXTRAVAGANZA"

WHAT IS IT?  This hunt is especially suited for groups of hunters who like to hunt together.  Up to eight hunters may hunt for a total price of $3,192, plus Iowa Sales/Use tax.   While the hunt is available for groups of up to eight hunters, ANY NUMBER OF HUNTERS LESS THAN EIGHT MAY SCHEDULE IT AND PAY THE FULL HUNT PRICE.  The hunt lasts for two days and includes 100 wild Chinese Ringneck Pheasant  which are released in the large, natural hunting fields.  These pheasant supplement the native-wild pheasant already living in the hunting fields.  Hunters may hunt either full days "or" elect to hunt a portion of the day "if" they would rather not walk as much or hunt a full day.   Each hunt party would have a maximum of four hunters, so two different farms may be hunted at the same time if there are more than four hunters in the full party.

WHAT ARE THE ECONOMICS?  When you divide the $3,192 by eight hunters, the "per hunter cost" is merely $399 each for the total of both days.  If there were only four hunters in the party, the "per hunter cost" would double to $798 each, etc.  The following amenities are available as optional "upgrades":

        *Lodging in nice hunt camp (2 nights for $99 each hunter)(3rd night, add $35)

        *Home cooked, farm-style breakfast

        *Dogs, guides and bird dressing services

        *Hunting licenses (only $22 and are available on the grounds)

HUNT FEATURES:  This hunt is intentionally a "bare-bones", do-it-yourself hunt.  It is planned in such a way that guests can elect to do their lodging elsewhere, if desired, do some or all of their own cooking in the fully modern lodges "or" add the hunt to another hunt that might be taking place within the area.
